Homogenizing oven block of fuel (gas), high efficiency, car type and forced cooling oven are consisted of three parts: fuel (gas) homogenizing oven, forced wind cooling oven and loading loop wheel machine. Amount of charging: 5 ton-50 ton; max length of casting bar: 8.5 meters; homogenizing temperature: ±50c. 35-ton homogenizing oven block can deal with 100 ton of casting bar per day. Mix oil wear of homogenizing treatment is 25kg/ton aluminum bar. It can be used in homogenizing treatment of extrusion ingot and rolling square ingot. The whole set of equipment is fully automatic controllable and operable.
